About the roleKey responsibilities· Programming of email marketing by:

  • Basic HTML/CSS coding
  • Build/program emails within Marketo or Marketing Automation platform
  • Activating Marketo progression steps and triggers
  • Program Landing Pages within Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo or Marketing Automation platform
  • Build Marketo contact forms and implement within Marketo landing pages or Adobe Experience
  • Proofs and schedules digtal email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding how Marketo programming and/ Marketing Automation platforms integrates into other
platforms such as AEM, SFDC, Power BI and Google Analytics

  • Works closely with UX team to ensure campaigns and landing pages are following best UX practices
  • Reviews marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best
practices, strategies, and industry standards

  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and skillsService Delivery
Highly detailed-oriented and organized
Ability to prioritize, mutli-task, and thrieve in a fast-paced enviroment
Follows Marketing Operation's Procedures & Governance
Beginner to Intermediate level exeperince with Marketo
Understands customer journey through digital marketing automation
Marketo Certification (preferred)
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager - AEM )
HTML Coding (preferred)
Efficient use of Adobe, MS office and other key business tools such as:
Adobe Workfront to project manage incoming requestsSeismic basic administrationPowerBI to analyse and report on KPIs and performanceLegal / Regulatory
Knowledge of relevant employment law and local regulations.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws.
Development of self and others

Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on correct employee lifecycle processrequirements to ensure a 'right first time' way of working.

Comfortable giving feedback to individuals and small groups where necessary to ensure processes continue to be effective and efficient

Proactively use problem solving skills to help resolve data errors and issues and ensureknowledge is shared with stakeholders and colleagues within the wider Employee lifecycle section.

Language and Comunication
High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.
Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.

Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.

Qualifications /Experience
1-4 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
