Role Type: Permanent

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and managing project schedules for Innovation, Elo Registration, Formula Redesign, Value Engineering/Harmonization/BVI projects.
  • Supporting the company's innovation strategy by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Coordinating activities across 12 departments involved in the Innovation process and providing alerts to senior leaders in these areas.
  • Having Packaging Engineering responsibilities, including evaluating component or packaging proposals and developing specifications.
