Responsibilities:

  • Clear and Exhaustive understanding of the Customer Acceptance Criteria.
  • Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities and tools for RS sites and depots
  • Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle
  • Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations
  • Continuously optimizing SOP's.
  • Implement REX (
    Return of
    Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project.
  • Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team, CWI.
  • Support the T&C Operations team, for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures.
  • Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices pointed out at group level.
  • Ensures T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System
  • Participates in EHS activities on shop floor.

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

Minimum license degree in engineering or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Scholarship dedicated in Railway industry

Experience

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 23 years' experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation
  • Fluent in English language

Desirable:

  • Good knowledge in IT tools and smart devices
  • Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements

Competencies & Skills:

  • Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains
  • Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization
  • Resultdriven mindset
  • Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions )
  • Ability for problemsolving and efficient decisionmaking in complex environment
  • Ability to work across sites/functions in a multicultural environment
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills
