Job Description
As a Consultant, you play a vital role within the product management team, acting as a bridge between stakeholders, operations, and the technical team. Your primary goal is to ensure that the product delivers maximum value to our customers by designing and enabling functionalities for the digital product.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop the product vision and strategy for Cemex Go
- Prioritize and develop product features
- Define the product roadmap
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs
- Provide insights for better decision-making
- Create materials and present information to stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and available documentation
Position Challenges

Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree related to business development, digital transformation, or innovation
- Over 3 years of background in digital projects, consulting, or business analysis
- Expertise in Data-Driven Digital Tools and Scrum Methodology
- Technical skills include proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, Excel, Epics and user stories creation, mapping
- Soft skills needed: Presentation skills, problem-solving, proactive approach, enthusiasm for digital transformation, time and project management, high engagement
