Job Role Summary:

  • Develop and execute strategies consistent with geographical/functional objectives
  • Understand and adjust strategies accommodate market, competitor trends, developments affecting offer and cost to serve
  • Measure and improve the business though timely stewardship
  • Establish the protocols for interactions with support functions
  • Oversee organizations Channel Partners (e.g. Distribution, Retail, Repair Shop, OEM, etc.) capabilities development
  • Set opex boundaries
  • Coach the Sales Supervisors in their support of the Professional Sales Process and related processes
  • Manage organization consistent with Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework
  • Reinforce and recognize coaching behavior and culture in the Cluster
  • Manage organization consistent with Corporate Supervisory Effectiveness Framework

Job Role Responsibilities:

Provides organizational leadership and strategic guidance necessary to achieve BU goals. Articulates optimal GBU offer elements for business segments
