Job Description:

ROL PRINCIPAL:

Responsable directo del personal de ensamble, se encarga del proceso de ensamble de los operadores asignados a su area, es reponsable del matenimiento del sistema de las 5s en cada mesa y area de trabajo de la cual es responsable, se encarga de atender cualquier duda que tenga el operador y le da respuesta y soporte para la continuidad del ensamble, responsable del entrenamiento de sus operadores para alcanzar los níveles de eficiencia meta asi como el monitoreo de los mismos durante el turno.


FUNCIONES:

üArranques de turno, activacion y seguimiento al ANDON cada vez que el operador lo active en ROJO
üDisposicion de scrap en conjunto con el materialista
üSostenimiento durante el turno 5s estaciones y area de trabajo asignada
üAtender cualquier duda o problema en el proceso del ensamble utilizando ANDON
üCanalizar problemas que no pueda solucionar con su Supervisor de area
üEntrenamiento y desarrollo de operadores de ensamble en estaciones de ensamble
üMonitoreo continuo de la eficiencia de cada estacion de ensamble a su cargo
üCoordinar cuaquier necesidad de materiales, herramientas o dudas que tenga el operador mediante ANDON
üAdministrar el tiempo de su personal a cargo, los operadores para moverse de su lugar de trabajo deben de pedir autorizacion a su lider de grupo
üFomentar disciplina con su personal siguiendo el reglamento interno de trabajo
