Tus funciones principales serán:

  • Trabajar en conjunto con ama de llaves en el progreso del estatus de habitaciones.
  • Gestionar la estrategia de compensaciones a huéspedes.
  • Analizar sistemáticamente los comentarios e índices de satisfacción de clientes y NPS a través de los informes de GIFT, STAY y TRIPADVISOR para determinar las acciones correctivas y preventivas necesarias.
  • Proponer al director de hotel estrategias que permitan reducir las incidencias de insatisfacción de nuestros huéspedes.
  • Familiarizarse con el informe de llegadas pendientes, VIPs in House y Travel club members in house o llegando.
  • Visitar los centros de consumo durante el turno y revisar que los Coches están brindando el nível de servicio adecuado.
  • Comprobar cierre del Spa y gym.
  • Participar en briefings y en las reuniones regulares de los departamentos operativos para reforzar la importancia del servicio al cliente y dar ejemplos.
  • Preparar planes de acción específicos y programas formativos adhoc ante problemáticas concretas de su área operativa preferente y validarlos con el director de hotel según corresponda.
  • Comprobar que los responsables de los centros de consumo cumplan con las aperturas y cierres según la planeación realizada.
  • Realizar visitas de inspección de al menos 2 habitaciones para garantizar que cumple con los estándares de servicio.
  • Revisar zona de personal y visitar comedor de Colaboradores.
  • Conocer procedimientos internos de actuación en casos de emergencia.
  • Propiciar el trabajo en equipo por parte de los responsables de departamento.
  • Involucrar a los jefes y supervisores en el cumplimiento de los procesos y estándares de servicio de las áreas operativas.
  • Impulsar las actividades de venta extra en los departamentos.
  • Proponer y mantener acciones que permitan mejorar la efectividad de procesos (LEAN).
  • Revisión del correcto uso de equipo e instalaciones.
  • Mantener una comunicación abierta con los Directores de Alojamiento y A&B para resolver cualquier inquietud/ incidencia del huésped.
  • Revisión semanal de stocks de centros de consumo.
  • Apoyar en la organización y coordinación de actividades formativas en el Resort.
  • Identificar necesidades y oportunidades formativas para la mejora de los estándares de atención al cliente en el Hotel o Resort.
  • Verificar la cantidad de personal con el que inician en el turno.
  • Entrenar continuamente en los mismos puestos de trabajo (de su área operativa preferente) sobre los estándares del buen servicio PHG de su área y los estándares The Leading Hotels, Forbes y AAA.
  • Estar actualizado de las tendencias e iniciativas sobre atención al cliente y formación en general.
  • Generar el reporte diario de incidencias, de concesiones realizadas y quejas resueltas.

Requisitos:

Para tener buen encaje deberás aportar:

  • Experiência mínima de dos años en puestos similares.
  • Conocimientos en operación hotelera y gestión de conflictos.
  • Licenciatura en administración de empresas o a fin.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Microsoft 365: nível avanzado
  • Habilidades de manejo y supervisión de personal.
