SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates electrical system design, components, specifications, and processes used in the generation, manipulation, transmission and storage of electricity.
Determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. Selects components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.Knowledge and Technical Skills:
Learns to use basic scientific or engineering concepts within a designated functional area.
Develops knowledge in processes and procedures specific to job function, e.g., process/ equipment qualification and development PCR, FMEA, DOE, SPC, run cards, EPR, Tool Lockdown, PV system design and construction.
Complexity:
Works on problems of limited scope.
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained.
Builds stable working relationships internally.
Applies problem

Minimum Education and Experience:
B.S. degree in Engineering and 0+ years of related experience
OR equivalent combination of education and years of related experience
