Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
  • The applicant will be accountable for all Sales Effectiveness reports and analysis for International Card Services in Mexico in the Account Development
  • Large Market segment.
  • Responsible to increase and implement new opportunities (i.e. CPC, Walking Cards, etc)
  • Will be the responsible for providing all the reporting and analytical support for a LM portfolio.
  • The prime responsibility of this role is to analyze and develop projects that will meet internal and external customers.

  • Developing new business volume by analyzing client and market requirements understand needs and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Supports top management along the Strategic Planning process providing the financial and business analytics that help support the team strategy.
  • Validate and track performance on portfolios, targets and achievements for each company.
  • Active participation within strategic initiatives that will help drive metrics to the performance levels expected by Account Development LM group
  • Point of contact or liaison between the support teams and the relationship management under the operating structure.
  • Responsible to update primary database information such as SMART.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing a successful sale strategy
  • Experience in Sales
  • Strong relationship management skills to effectively develop and manage internal/external customer relationships and expectations as well as being able to coordinate with colleagues data generation;
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills with an ability to identify nonstandard solutions and act as a catalyst for change.
  • Strong sense of urgency, commitment to deadlines and deliverables is critical.
  • Communications skills to be able to generate information that is clear and easy to be understood by Sales team.
  • Flexible with shift to support business needs.
  • English speaking is mandatory.
  • Define timelines and work plans for implementation.
  • Requires thought leadership, strategic thinking skills, driving results, and excellent project management skills.
  • Structured methodology strong collaboration skills
