  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de producción dentro de los estándares de calidad establecidos por el cliente y partes interesadas que correspondan.
  • Optimizar los tiempos de cambios de modelo y herramentales para alcanzar los objetivos de producción a través de la metodología SMED.
  • Alcanzar los valores establecidos en los indicadores de Producción (KPI ́S).
  • Analizar los resultados de manufactura y establecer planes de trabajo eficaces.
  • Líderar y/o participar en la realización de actividades 8D ́s para hallar causas raíces y soluciones permanentes de problemas crónicos o críticos del área.
  • Optimizar los recursos asignados (Materiales, Humanos y Económicos).
  • Identificar y manejar los riesgos operativos en sus áreas para eliminar o minimizar los mismos.
  • Planear y controlar inventarios en conjunto con el área de Logística.
