Responsibilities:

  • Supports the standardized process for budget management for IT PMOs
  • Assist with analysis of monthly financial results to determine trends.
  • Assist PMO Leads to ensure adherence to plan/forecast.
  • Provide reporting and analysis support to leadership to improve visibility and decision making process
  • Develop, standardize and automate financial and operational performance reports using different reporting tools and data sources
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis
  • Compile project financial information for business reviews
  • Drive centrialization for ERP Projects to capture the projects highlights, risks and opportunities
  • Support the ERP Controller in Month End reporting
  • Continuous Improvement activities in reporting to ensure standardization, efficiency and best practice
  • Support Adhoc requests coming from different PMO Leads

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance:


  • 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance:
-
Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, and lookups):

  • SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Experience with different ERPs (SAP or Oracle) is a plus
  • Experience in budgeting software (Hyperion, OneStream, Adaptive, etc.) is a plus
  • Attention to detail to provide accurate information for deliverables.
  • Ability to understand the flow of transactions through the accounting cycle
  • Ability to multitask in order to obtain various pieces of information to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and accomplishment of standard and adhoc deliverables within tight deadlines
  • Selfdriven, proactive and quick learner
  • Ability to adapt into fastpaced business environment and quickly changing situations
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a crossfunctional, fastpaced environment
