Internship Program 2023
The

Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position is based in

Querétaro, Mexico.

The duration of the Internship Program can be a:

  • Short Term: August 8, 2023 to January 26, 202
  • Long term: August 8, 2023 to July 26, 2024.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do
As a
Human Resources Intern (Short Term) you will:

  • Develop of the employee handbook and welcome kit, ensuring all the necessary information for the onboarding and compliance with all factory requirements.
  • Work closely with each of the areas to identify and obtain the information to be included.
  • Design the manual (Image, print, size, paper, etc. with the support of a supplier)
  • Welcome kit definition (content, options, costs, design)

Bachelor or Technical Studies in:
Business Administration, International Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, and labor relations.

As a

Process Engineering Intern (Long Term) you will:

  • Develop a system to reduce costs and optimize the process.
  • Look for opportunities to eliminate or reduce consumption
  • Drive activities within the team

Bachelor Studies in:
Any Engineering major (Industrial, Manufactoring, Food, etc).

As an

Autonomous Maintenance Intern (Long Term) you will:

  • Create and update standards and procedures for Autonomous Maintenance activities.
  • Audit and follow up of actions for coating process.
  • Visual management system follow up and upgrade proposals.

Bachelor Studies in:
Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, mechanical or electrical) and Administration.

As a

Continuous Improvement Intern (Long Term) you will:

  • Understand losses about process.
  • Analyses and discover the root cause of the processes.
  • Identify actions to eliminate problems.
  • Use the knowledge to propose a different way to treat the process/procedures.

Bachelor Studies in:
Engineering (Industrial, Quality, Chemical, Food, etc).

As a

Quality Intern (Long Term) you will:

  • Be responsible for updating the quality dashboards related to the production site.
  • Work on continuous improvements to take quality to another level
  • Guarantee the operators are following the quality procedures.

Bachelor Studies in:
Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electric).
