Reporting to the quality manager, you as a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for adapting, following and maintaining all the specifications required by our clients and standards such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001 to deliver a quality product.


About the job:

  • Ensuring execution of the quality system on the production floor.
  • Process control monitoring.
  • Identify and analyze quality problems and propose corrective actions.
  • Intervenes with customers regarding complaints and services 10%
  • Implement and monitor quality procedures according to international standards. (ISO 9001/IATF and company policy.
  • Make proposals regarding the improvement of product quality.
  • Support in ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certifications
  • Coordination and administration of the work of quality auditors
  • Carry out supplier quality engineering activities (Monitoring/Inspection/Complaints)
  • Control the use of external approval marks such as UL, CSA, CCC CQC, etc.)
  • Develop PPAP
  • Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

About you:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Spanish, English 90%) 3 to 5 years as a quality engineer, process engineer or project engineer.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (SAP)
  • Proficient with Statistical tools, core tools, troubleshooting tools.
