Estamos en busqueda de un Ingeniero de Pruebas Sr para nuestra planta de Juarez

Responsabilidades:

  • Dar soporte en áreas de producción, manufactura, y calidad en cuestiones relacionadas a pruebas específicas, reportar capacidades de los equipos, generar reportes de cobertura funcionales, y rastreabilidad de producto.
  • Mejorar y mantener programas de prueba con la finalidad de identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Generar respaldos en equipos de prueba siguiendo instrucciones internas de ZF, así como la documentación de cambios en programas de prueba.
  • Implementar cambios de ingeniería dando seguimiento a estos con departamento de manufactura y calidad.
  • Requerir cotizaciones en equipos de ensamble y prueba funcional con proveedores externos durante la introducción de nuevos productos y/o cambios de ingeniería.
Especificar requerimientos ensamble y de prueba a proveedores externos para el desarrollo de nuevos equipos y/o cambios de ingeniería.

Generar reportes de cobertura de pruebas funcionales con la finalidad de identificar áreas de oportunidad de mejoras en los programas de prueba y/o retroalimentar departamentos de manufactura y calidad de riesgos de componentes no cubiertos en programas de prueba.

Proveer listado a departamento de mantenimiento de partes críticas y recomendadas para reemplazos y mantenimientos preventivos de equipos de prueba y fixturas de prueba.


  • Dar soporte a ingeniería de producto en el análisis de fallas de producto y/o componentes electrónicos.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería en Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o Sistemas Computacionales.
  • 7 años de experiência en el área de ingeniería en el puesto de Ingeniero de Prueba a base de Labview/TestStand.
  • 5 años de en el area de Ingeniería en el puesto de Ingeniero de Automatización a base de PC.
  • Ingles 80% Conversacional.
  • Disponibilidad de horario y viajar.
  • Conocimeinto en Electrónica Analógica y Digital.
  • Conocimiento en Equipos de prueba funcional a base de control PC y PLC ( Deseable).
  • Ambientes de prueba Labview y TestStand.
  • Manejo de bases de datos en plataformas SQL y Access.
  • Manejo de Sistemas de traceabilidad (MES).
  • Sistemas de visión, Sensores, Scanners (Keyence, Cognex).
  • Sistemas de marcado Laser (Keyence, Miyachi).
  • Análisis y Solución de Problemas.
  • Proyectos de mejora continua.
