Your responsibilities:

  • In summary, you'll:
  • Support and contribute to sourcing strategies for various categories within procurement.
  • Partner closely with senior buyers on supplier evaluations and relationship management.
  • Engage in negotiations, playing a role in achieving advantageous agreements and pricing.
  • Take part in managing inventory levels and contributing to costmanagement solutions.
  • Perform market research and trend analysis to support informed decisionmaking.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments ensuring smooth procurement operations and prompt delivery.

The experience we're looking for:

  • A foundational understanding of procurement or a keen interest in developing expertise in this area.
  • Some knowledge of supply chain management, capable of grasping negotiation practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and eagerness to learn procurement software.
  • Sharp analytical abilities, detail orientation, and effective multitasking.
  • Strong communication skills to foster team collaboration and engage productively with suppliers.
