We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
GL Supervisor, based in
Corporate Offices -Juarez, Chih., MX.


As a member of the GL team, the GL Supervisor role will ensure that all accounting records are done correctly.

Coordinate the flow of information between the different entities.

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

  • Coordination of the closing accounting process.
  • Effective communication with the different departments that interact.
  • Tracking of freight records, I/C, prepayment, leases, maquila, revaluations, others.
  • Reviews of current variances vs. budget.
  • Coordinate I/C Charges.
  • Preparation of forecast and budget.
  • Accounting reconciliations.
  • Customer knowledge.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably experience in accounting firm.
  • Experience in personnel supervision.
  • Knowledge of SAP/HFM/ACTIF/, advanced Excel, focus on customer service.
  • Financial information analysis skills.
  • Advanced English level.
