Mejorar la experiência de las personas a través de la incorporación de nuevos procesos relativos a People Ops generando una ventaja competitiva gracias a la experiência brindada.


Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

  • Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de People para ejecutar procesos y servicios con un enfoque de mejora continua sobre la experiência de los rappicardians.
  • Salvaguardar la integridad y administración de datos en Workday.
  • Administrar lo relacionado a las personas en la plataforma interna, incluída la generación de documentos, notificaciones y actualizaciones del HRIS.
  • Generar reportes para auditoría e integridad de datos.
  • Resolver preguntas y solicitudes relacionadas a proceso de contratación, permisos de ausencia de los rappicardians.
  • Coordinar junto con reclutamiento el proceso de contratación de nuevos rappicardians (carga en el sistema, validación de documentos, generación de contratos y altas).
  • Documentar y gestionar los procesos centrales de People.
  • Identificar la necesidad de mejora y automatización de procesos.
  • Trabajar de la mano con Compliance, Legal y Finanzas para siempre generar políticas que estén alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

  • 2 a 4 años de experiência trabajando en un equipo de Recursos Humanos o de Operaciones de Personas. Formación académica en Lic./Ing. en áreas administrativas. Conocimiento sobre la Ley Federal del Trabajo y su aplicación en el mundo Fintech o Startup.
