If you're ready to bring your A-game, come join the Finance team as a Finance Professional. You will be in charge of handling financial and administrative processes efficiently to offer top-notch services to internal clients. This hybrid role is based in Querétaro, with the expectation of working in the office 3 days a week and remotely for 2 days, subject to change.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Principal Activity: Execute basic accounting, financial, and administrative tasks in compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements; identify and communicate process improvements to the supervisor.
  • Deductions and Clearing Notes: Resolve deductions by comparing them with credit notes, reconcile and request credit memos from different teams, and keep key users informed about valid deductions.
  • Reporting: Generate and interpret reports, deduction status reports, valid or invalid deductions, and meet internal and external audit requirements.
  • Accounting and Operations: Provide accurate and timely financial reports with some supervision; Demonstrate curiosity to enhance understanding of accounting principles, the business, and internal processes.

We're Seeking Someone With

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related positions such as deduction or collection analyst.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong PC skills.
  • Accountability and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
