About HireRight:

Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and verification
  • Lead and manage small to medium sized projects end to end, ensuring alignment and readiness across all key stakeholder groups
  • Clearly and regularly communicate project status, expectations, and risks
  • Develop rapid business cases to support project prioritization
  • Facilitate process discovery and optimization workshops
  • Document any information elicited using process maps and business requirements documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of end user documents, training materials, and user demos.
  • Provide direct D365 production support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience creating business and functional requirement documentation
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in D365 implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
  • Demonstrated project leadership
  • Experience working in matrix and agile environment
  • Excellent interviewing, listening, observational, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams across the organization
  • Previous experience working with finance and accounting strongly preferred
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 strongly preferred
  • Experience with Blackline is a plus
