As a Sub-System Manager you will be responsible for management and successful completion of cross-functional activities leading to the delivery of a project sub-system, fulfilling both customer needs and committed Quality Cost Delay and Performance (QCDP) objectives.


In this position you will manage cross-functionally sub-system level stakeholders, activities and deliverables and make needed arbitration (engineering, product x process, Make or Buy, Costs, Milestones, Interfaces, etc) to reach QCDP commitment.

You will also coordinate sub-system activities with other project stakeholders including integration teams other sub-systems and project level functions.

Main responsabilities:

  • Contribute to successful Project execution on allocated subsystem scope of work
  • Lead and coordinate subsystem activities and stakeholders, from requirement capture/analysis to the end of project contractual obligations limited to the subsystem scope of work
  • Coordinate and synchronize subsystem activities with other subSystems and project teams

Requirements:

  • Master degree or bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years experience as manager of an operational scope
  • Experience of working in and with multinational companies and in different business cultures
  • Result oriented
  • Knowledge of Project management processes
  • Capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multisite/multimetier teams
