What would be your mission:


To manage the Manufacturing Engineering team consisting of Process Engineers, Technicians, and Manufacturing Engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes.

To support the Industrialization of new products in collaboration with the Product Industrialization Manager (PIM).

MANAGEMENT OF THE MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING TEAM

  • Define and update procedures and work methodologies according to corporate procedures.
  • Project the workload and ensure the availability of technical personnel to meet the demand of current and future projects.
  • Deploy industrialization standards: Time allocation, ergonomics analysis, work instructions, EHS.
  • Deploy industrialization methodologies: P-FMEA, Control Plan, Task Sequencing.
  • Deploy technological tools: PLM, ERP, MES, CAD.

SUPPORT TO PROJECTS

  • Monitoring project deliverables in conjunction with the PIM.
  • Ensure standard time calculations.
  • Ensure data reliability in the ERP system.
  • Ensure ontime and quality delivery of work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental rules.
  • Ensure that Special Processes are handled appropriately within the Industrialization activities.

SUPPORT TO PRODUCTION

  • Provide support during the manufacturing of the initial units/articles.
  • Organize and manage actions to improve productivity.
  • Identify specific needs that require technical support.

It is essential:

  • Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 5 or more years of experience in leading personnel and at least 10 years of working in the Manufacturing and Assembly environment.
  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM software (Catia and DELMIA).
  • Experience working with ERP systems like SAP (Bill of Materials, Routings, reports).
  • Advanced knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
  • Intermediate/advanced English.
  • General knowledge of crimping, welding, bonding, painting, riveting, torque.
