Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Lead Product quién ejecutará la planeación estratégica de producto de nuestra nueva tienda Nike Grand Outlet Riviera Maya.

Esta persona será la responsable de ejecutar la estrategia realizada por el Coach Product de piso de ventas para el producto atendiendo a las necesidades de os consumidores en Women ́s & Kids.

¿En qué trabajarás?

  • Supervisar la ejecución de la estrategia de piso de ventas para Women ́s & Kids
  • Organizar la semana y el trabajo de ejecución de piso de ventas
  • Comunica necesidades de producto.
  • Encargado de coordinar ejecución de promociones
  • Gestión y control de auditorias de fuera de stock en piso de ventas.
  • Revisión del layout de tienda y propuesta de cambios de acuerdo a la necesidad de negocio.
  • Promover el compromiso de todos empleados con la marca.

  • Responsable de ejecutar las estrategias y los diferentes servicios "agregados" dentro de tienda
  • Dar seguimiento a las Estrategias de consumer Engagement y asegurar su ejecucion.
  • Seguimiento a la ejecucion de incrementar comunidad membership, y los distintos canales digitales
  • Dar al Coach insights sobre los productos de personalización / limpieza
  • Seguimiento al sell thru de los materiales de personalización / limpieza,
  • Entrenamiento experiencia del consumidor.
  • Ejecutar estrategias de lanzamientos y conexiones elevadas con el consumidor.
  • Mapeo de talento de su equipo. Prioriza el desarrollo del equipo, la formación funcional y la retención para "ganar al cliente" a largo plazo en Nike.
  • Conocimiento en área de deportes así como de tecnologías de prodcuto.
  • Elevar en la ejecución nuestros programa de servicio

Con quién trabajarás?

Esta persona será responsable de liderar al equipo de atletas y Visuales. Trabajará de

manera cross funcional con otras áreas como operaciones, Training Captains, merchandising, etc. Le reportará directamente al Coach Product.
