Their company has over 195 years of experience managing all types of associations, including the full range of properties from small to large, single-family homes and villas to high-rise, urban, suburban, waterfront, and golf course communities.

We are looking for a
Financial Assistant to support the following
responsibilities:

  • Record accounting data into the software.
  • Support AR with billing and deposits.
  • Support the AP team by forwarding the invoices to the correct manager for its approval and contacting the vendors to fix invoice issues.
  • Prepare records for release.
  • Regular reconciliations.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday:

  • Regular schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Mexico City time
  • During daylight saving in the U

S:
7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mexico City time.

  • 2 years of experience in Administrative roles High school diploma or recently graduated from accounting, finance, or administration. Excellent written communication. Understanding of accounting principles in English (general accounts, debits and credits, double entry records) Strong data entry skills
