The Opportunity

Your Impact
As Multimedia content art your functions would consist of:

  • Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated for different touchpoints like Packaging, POS materials and digital banner ads.
  • Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different POS materials when needed.
  • Editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use.
  • Generate fresh, new and innovative art graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels, social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to rapid prototyping.
  • Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads among others.
  • Ability to deliver simple print artworks when needed.
  • Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
  • Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, multimedia design, interactive design, etc.)
  • Recently graduated to 23 years of agency creative experience in art / graphic design
  • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY).
  • Experience with creative teams in agency or inhouse agency environments; experience w/ CPG a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams
  • Strong problemsolving, communications, and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must
  • Selfmotivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CS5 or above
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong creative portfolio, available online
