Desarrollar y mantener sistemas, reglas y procesos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos internos y externos. Asegura que los proyectos y productos sean capaces y cumplan con los estándares especificados (Preventivo). Desarrollar el conocimiento conceptual de la disciplina profesional. Puede incluir roles de apoyo con experiência especializada o conocimiento técnico en un área amplia.

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Esta posición será responsable de gestionar el proceso de la recepción de materia prima.
  • Será responsable de gestionar las inspecciones (first recall inspection, input).
  • Verifica la disposición de material conformante / no conformante.
  • Desarrolla conocimiento conceptual de la disciplina profesional.
  • Colabora con otras personas para resolver problemas.
  • Trabajará con NCs & Investigations, desviaciones y concesiones, EQs, PVs & verifications.
  • Implementación de CAPAs

QA Standard Work:

  • Calidad de producto (FPY, MRB, DPMOs): Problemas, acciones, métricas.
  • Estará a cargo de Escalaciones en piso
  • Será responsable de asegurar la calidad del producto aplicando su conocimiento general del área o experiência previa.
  • NCMRs disposición y seguimiento
  • Implementación de ECOs
  • Será responsable de disparar acciones para calidad de producto y mejora.
  • Resuelve problemas de calidad del área según los procedimientos establecidos. Consulta al líder de personal o a miembros del equipo con mayor rango por problemas fuera de los parámetros definidos.

Calificaciones Básicas

  • Ing. Industrial, Ing. Mecatrónica, Ing. Biomedica, Ing. Mecánica o afin.

(Título indispensable):

Inglés Avanzado indispensable:

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiência
  • Experiência / conocimiento en mantenimiento, entrenamiento, cambio de diseño, calibración, Shelf life, Incoming, ESD.
  • Experiência en transferencias, NPI's y manejo de sistema de acciones correctivas.

Características deseadas

  • Experiência previa como Supplier Quality Engineer puede ser un plus
  • Conocimiento de Minitab
  • Organización, proactividad, comunicación efectiva: escrita y oral (inglés y español)
