We seek a Creative Director to partner with content creators for our Global Corporate Communications social media campaigns.
A successful Creative Director must drive creative vision based on strategic concepts shared by the business to drive our Corporate Reputation agenda.

This person must run simultaneous projects and guide a team of social media and video creators to deliver a high volume of assets for different channels and audiences, but also be willing to roll up their sleeves to do design work her/himself.

This person must have a strong background in design & creative direction (brand agency or in-house brand art/creative team) and should be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading social media campaigns.

Your Impact

As a Comms Creative Director your scope would consist of:

  • Set the creative vision based on the strategic brief, campaign objectives and audience.
  • Guide execution for Corporate Communications campaigns across different channels, especially on social media
  • Have a strong creative vision along with a clear, concise ability to provide direction to the internal team.
  • Develop original breakthrough ideas and graphic and concept designs for a variety of social media channels.
  • Sketch, ideate, and generate new ideas based on business direction and self-driven research.
  • Lead, inspire, enable, energize, and manage a group of content creators.
  • Create and sustain a culture of excellence.
  • Articulate and pitch creative concepts to peers and senior management.
  • Work in collaboration with the Social & Digital Corporate Communications team and their agencies
  • Determine how best to represent a strategic concept, especially in social media content.
  • Be a Corporate brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
  • Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last-minute requests and adapting to changes in business and cultural trends.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We seek a Creative Director to partner with content creators for our Global Corporate Communications social media campaigns.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • 6+ years' experience in a creative, social media, social media platform or creative agency.
  • Language proficiency in English
  • Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of social aspect ratios and delivery file types.
  • Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments.
