Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the liaison between the company and the client during a project life. May work at client site on a day-to-day or periodic basis. Ensures customer satisfaction of migrations/solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Services may be provided on a fee-for-service basis or be included as part of the purchase price for company products.

Involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing project to clients .

Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through project closure. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

May apply complex and advanced Project Management and scheduling techniques during review of projects to help identify issues before they impact project expectations.

Responsible for documentation and implementation for the project task definition .

Leads internal and external teamwork for different industries in applying control or information technology to a specific process related to different Industries using the Lifecycle Service Solutions tools and applications.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Functional:
Reviews and updates scope, contract, main stakeholders, and budget. Responsible that the documentation follows the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements. Leads meetings throughout the project life (internal KOM, customer KOM, project status, etc).

Works with Solutions Manager and Engineering Manager to budget, plan and schedule project activities and resources Leads the project risk management (identification and mitigation with project team).

Work on a team of engineers, technical leaders, analysts to enable new features for internal customers, while keeping our applications secure and stable.

Ensures with the Technical Leader the design, implementation, test, and startup phases of complex systems projects. Ensures the creation and approval of any Engineering Design and Functional Specification. Reports project status and issues. Responsible on-site implementation and startup (site or remote lead). Supports an environment conducive to customer satisfaction.

Leadership:
Ensures the project team has the knowledge to drive engineering standardization efforts for system software and/or hardware solutions. Evaluate project team performance (Technical Leader, Project Engineer, 3rd Party Contractors).

Operate in an agile/waterfall capability team where quality and security are built into daily work, and we make time to help others improve their environment as well.


Business:
Responsible for the application engineering efforts of projects typically with a combined value total $6 million. Lead on time delivery, schedule, budget, quality, resource, forecast, margin, and customer satisfaction targets. Builds partnerships with project team. Presents main technical, contract, scope and schedule aspects of sales proposals to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering or Information Technology discipline or equivalent knowledge; further education in engineering/administration. Knowledge of industry, application, or technology knowledge relevant to industrial automation controls, IT/OT. More than 3 years of experience as Project Manager / Technical Leader activities. More than 8 years of experience in Automation / Industrial controls, system, software, process automation or application engineering projects. Understand of LAN/WAN network technologies. Good knowledge (Microsoft Windows environment, Office 365). Advance knowledge in MS Project. Good troubleshooting, analytical and risk assessment skills. Own PMP and/or ACP certifications. Must be available and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays to meet customer project commitments. Willingness to travel, typically for customer meetings or commissioning activities of a project. Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial plants, etc. 50% of the time. Advanced level of English. Knowledge in AB equipment. Knowledge in Rockwell Projects. Field Experience. PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA and/or FactoryTalk Software.

Understand Rockwell Automation Products hardware and software product suites (FT Studio, FT View, FT Historian, FT Asset Centre, FT Directory, FT Security).

Understand Cyber Security Standards, Thin Client technologies, virtualization technology (VMWare).

Knowledge of any:
GAMP, PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner, JIRA, CSM, MS Planner, Hive, Trello. Applications are open until June 22. #LI-PA01
