Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including the control of stock, receiving, shipping, supplying material to the production lines and management of material operators, keeping inventory control and associated records.


Knowledge and Skills (Education):

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Materials Management or equivalent experience
  • English 80%
  • 7 years of warehouse supervision/management in automotive industry and SMT industry.
  • CPIM preferred.
  • SAP experienced
  • Kanban experience.
  • ITAC. Panasim experience a plus
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Materials operators management, payroll, etc.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • High level of time management and mathematical skills
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills / Excellent customer service skills

Major Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the prompt receipt of raw materials, electronic and mechanical components, finished goods, following guidelines in a fast pace environment.
  • Responsible for inventory and SAP accuracy.
  • Responsible for delivering material to the production line in time.
  • Develop procedures and train the materials operators team.
  • Participate in new bench mark procedures and tools.
  • Responsible for shipping to our customer following the customer requirements, ensuring orders are accurately and efficiently filled.

  • Performs quality assurance checks on products received before stocking or distributing goods.
  • Conducts routine inventory couts on warehouses.
  • Ensures sites are adequately and safely maintained.
  • Ensures safety procedures are followed to keep team safe.
  • Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
  • Responsible for ordering necessary equipment or indirect materials for the warehouse.
  • Familiar with TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Initiate projects / reports that contribute to continuous improvement or profit opportunities
  • Responsible to actively participate in any new programs or projects associated with the plant

Working Conditions:

  • 90% Warehouse, Plant Floor, 10% Office Environment
