Apoyar en el desarrollo de cuentas nuevas y existentes, incluyendo la revisión de toda la documentación y formularios relativos, mantener la comunicación con los clientes, la revisión de sus procesos de importación y exportación sobre una base regular, y el mantenimiento de perfiles de clientes y bases de datos.

Revisar varios documentos, incluyendo facturas, conocimientos de embarque, declaraciones de envío para garantizar el cumplimiento de regulaciones arancelarias y no arancelarias, pedimentos, certificado de origen y toda la documentación relativa de importaciones / exportaciones

Recibir, revisar y procesar los documentos de importación y exportación de una base de cuentas asignado

Revisar las operaciones aduaneras, incluido IMMEX, asegurando que las operaciones se llevaron a cabo al 100% en el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones de aduaneras

Mantener una actualización constante de las regulaciones aduaneras nacionales (Agentes Aduanales y el proceso de despacho de aduana); Reglas de Carácter General en materia de Comercio Exterior y las Reglas de Clasificación y Arancelaria entre otras, a través de auto-estudio, cursos y seminarios relacionados previamente aprobados y revisión periódica de las publicaciones de comercio.

Ayudar a crear y distribuir los procedimientos de excepción escritos para el manejo de cada cuenta servido por el equipo, incluyendo clasificaciones, normas de valoración, arancel de honorarios, correspondencia de Aduanas, así como cualquier otra información relacionada.

Responder y ayudar con las consultas de clientes diversos, y escalando la información a su supervisor en las cuestiones prioritarias.

Advertir al supervisor de cualquier problema o irregularidad durante los procesos de despacho aduanal o recepción de la documentación. Otras tareas que se le asignen
