As part of our Channel Management team, you will collaborate with service providers utilizing Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud to drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth, enhance service adoption, ensure partner retention, and deliver an exceptional partner experience, a key differentiator for Acronis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth through assigned partners
  • Conduct territory analysis and planning to identify top potential partners in dedicated geographies
  • Lead a virtual team to exceed expectations
  • Perform detailed account planning with managed partners based on their engagement and responsiveness levels
  • Train partners on existing and new products
  • Guide partners through onboarding and enablement stages by equipping them with necessary knowledge, resources, and tools
  • Encourage partners to utilize Acronis Automation and Security tools to boost operational efficiency
  • Motivate partners to sell Acronis services, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
  • Ensure partner satisfaction, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the partner lifecycle
  • Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives to increase new services attach rates
  • Engage internal resources to support partners' growth

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the MSP channel software industry in roles such as channel sales, partner account management, or channel development
  • Proven track record in account planning and solution selling
  • Demonstrated experience in a Cyber Security company, showcasing a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols
  • Comprehensive knowledge of channel and field sales with a focus on the cloud market business model
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate product features and address customer queries
  • Self-motivated with strong discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude, thriving in a global environment and viewing challenges as opportunities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changes in responsibilities and strategies
  • Persistent in follow-up conversations, negotiations, and closing sales
  • Proficiency in English
  • Passionate and committed to success through hard work and perseverance
  • Willingness to travel in Latin America (25% of the time)
