- esponsible for the global Security investigation case management (RSA Archer GRC) System. I
- ncluding handling routine case updates and assessing and directing. S
- ystem enhancements to support management reporting. H
- andle investigation data reporting to management and other stakeholders. W
- ork collaboratively with the global Security investigations team and provides investigation support. C
- onducting research and performing other investigative task. A
- ssist with the Global Line of Sight (vehicles, events, leaks, outcome, corrective action) E
- stablish a living database for security procedures, contacts, location, security technology enhancements, deviations of policy for Design Studios, New Model Build centers, Suppliers, Manufacturing Facilities, etc. A
- nalyze requests from Data Loss Protection & Insider Threat. R
- eview incidents, follow up with people leaders, record outcome and corrective actions. M
- onitor incidents reported through SpeakUp and analyze to determine skill team distribution. Engage NPS team lead or Investigations based on outcome. M
- onitor Design Logistic shipping requests and engage New Product Security team lead. T
- rack numerous incidents to resolution and deliver written and verbal updates. K
- eep cases and correspondence organized, following up with stakeholders when necessary. A
