Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of end to end audits, including planning, fieldwork and reporting, as well as Issue Validation and Continuous Monitoring.
  • Identify, assess and document risk and controls cross LOB and Legal Entities.
  • Identify and write high quality working papers and issues and support the Auditor in Charge in writing the report.
  • Propose and add input on audit scope decisions providing support to the Head of Audit while preparing the Annual Audit plan and during the ongoing audits.
  • Ensure compliance to Audit Regulatory Requirements and deliverables.
  • Capability to coordinate the team to meet objectives while acting as Auditor in Charge.
  • Capability to discuss and agree the factual and accuracy of audit issues with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and the global audit team.
  • Foster an environment to encourage knowledge sharing and viewpoints with IA colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Audit experience
  • 5+ years of banking industry experience
  • Deep knowledge of Bank and Broker Dealer applicable regulation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in risk based auditing.
  • Experience in executing audits with mínimal supervision.
  • Team player, strong communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, self motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with mínimal supervision.
