Position:
Product Manager, Digital Advertising Products

Location:

Reports to:
EVP, US Digital

Role:
Responsible for developing and implementing new advertising products/services.

Develop product definitions and provide documentation and subject matter expertise and training to other departments including sales, account management and ad operations Monitor product performance along with market trends, user feedback, customer needs, competitive information and market research.

Define programs to drive engagement, awareness and education to the sales organization; enabling the product line to meet/exceed budget objectives.

Develop sales training and other sales enablement materials.

Responsibilities:

Communicate and enforce rules/policies to Sales, Operations and Vendor groups; periodically review and revise policies as needed Write PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and define end-to-end fulfillment processes from sales to fulfillment to billing/invoicing.


Serve as project manager for product launches:
determine key deliverables, key dependencies tasks and timeframes. Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure product launches hit critical milestones on time and within scope. Serve as subject matter expert for all ad products with internal customers including sales and ad ops.

Qualifications:
Previous project or product management experience preferred Familiarity with digital advertising media (Google Ads, Facebook, OTT, Pre-roll Video, Digital Audio) or ad technology platforms (DSP, SSPs) a huge plus Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or quantitative field a plus English Fluency required
