-General DescriptionEffectively manage and coordinate personnel, as well as warehouses, line deliveries, receipts, and shipments, ensuring timely strategies throughout the supply chain, complying with H&S processes and alignments.
Talent development and resource management financial and operational.Ensure supervision of personnel (absenteeism and turnover), Customer focus, Effective Communication between Support teams.
Experience and education
Verifiable experience as General Supervisor in logistics, minimum 5 years.
Education:
Logistics engineering, Industrial engineering or related.
Knowledge, Skills and Certifications
Leadership skills, communication, motivation and integration of work teams.
Knowledge of spreadsheets, power point and all computer skills.
Strong knowledge of SAP.
Problem solving.
Bilingual Spanish / English.
