Brindar soporte técnico al equipo de producción.

Las responsabilidades incluyen proporcionar documentación y soporte de piso asociado con seguridad, métodos de fabricación y calidad, herramientas y equipos.

Apoyar nuevos procesos y métodos que mejorarán la seguridad, reducirán el costo del producto y / o mejorarán la calidad del producto.


Responsabilidades clave:

  • Respaldar la mejora de la calidad del producto mediante la identificación de problemas de fabricación, el desarrollo de soluciones rentables y la supervisión de la implementación exitosa en la producción.
  • Trabajar con los asociados de producción para resolver problemas de fabricación y calidad relacionados con métodos, procesos, herramientas, equipos y diseño de productos.
  • Participe en la introducción de nuevos productos a través del diseño de procesos, el desarrollo de herramientas y nuevos equipos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo mediante Validación y Verificación: ejecución y análisis del plan.
  • Soporte de lanzamientos de fabricación
  • Apoyar el cumplimiento, así como los esfuerzos ambientales, de salud y seguridad en apoyo de los objetivos de la planta.
  • Apoyar la implementación de la fabricación LEAN
  • Proporcionar procesos seguros que cumplan con todas las regulaciones locales y federales. Asegúrese de que se tomen medidas correctivas para resolver los problemas de seguridad observados en todas las áreas.
  • Asistir semanalmente a los mecanismos de comunicación locales y externos.
  • Impulsar y ejecutar órdenes de cambio de ingeniería
  • Optimizar los métodos de fabricación: montaje, pruebas, envasado, etc.
  • Otras tareas asignadas por el propio gerente

Requerimientos:
- Últimos semestres de B.S. Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Industrial o título técnico relacionado

  • 1 año de experiência en producción, ingeniería o resolución de problemas de sistemas basados en PC / servidor
  • Inglés 70%
