Description of Role & ResponsibilitiesRole: Creative Services Coordinator Location: Mexico CityDirect Reporting Line: Director of Creative Services, NAM
As a Creative Services Coordinator at Shuttlerock, you will support Creative Specialists (CSs) by sourcing creators for high-volume projects and unique requests from partner programs or direct deals. You will also manage your own assignments, including creator sourcing, content management, and project coordination. Your role involves ensuring quality through assurance processes, maintaining effective communication with creators, and performing feedback analysis. Additionally, you will fill out project trackers and feedback surveys to monitor progress and outcomes. By collaborating with CSs, you will ensure that creators meet project requirements, align with brand objectives, and produce engaging content.
In this role, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Creator Sourcing: Identify and assist recruiting creators for high-volume projects and unique requests from partner programs and direct deals.
- Content Management: Oversee the organization and distribution of user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and brand standards.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines and coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient project progression and timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with and anticipate trends and popular fads on platforms like TikTok and Meta to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all content meets the required standards before publication.
- Creator Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with creators to provide guidance, support, and feedback throughout the content creation process.
- Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and project outcomes, and update project trackers and feedback surveys accordingly.
Supporting Creative Specialists:
- Asset Sourcing: Assist Creative Specialists by sourcing images, videos, and other necessary assets for their projects.
- Copywriting: Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for various projects, ensuring it meets client specifications and enhances the overall creative output.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between Creative Specialists and clients, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Project Assistance: Provide additional support to Creative Specialists as needed to ensure smooth project workflows and timely completion of deliverables.
- Resource Management: Help organize and manage creative resources and materials to streamline project execution and reduce production times.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to identify effective strategies for engaging audiences.
- Project Management Skills: Basic knowledge of project management principles, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external creators.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in all content and communications.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze feedback and data to inform decisions and improve processes, ensuring continuous improvement in content quality and project outcomes.
