_Joint the team as Customs Supervisor_

_Activities:

  • 1. Responsible for maintaining the IMMEX inventory management system and assisting in maintaining VAT certificates._
  • 2. Responsible for import customs clearance to ensure accurate and compliant customs declaration._
  • 3. Responsible for export customs declaration to ensure accurate and compliant export data declaration._
  • 4. Handle certificates of origin and file and manage certificate documentation._
  • 5. Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics companies._
  • 6. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations._
  • 7. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors._

_Requirements:
_

  • 1. Familiar with the IMMEX inventory management system and have operational experience._
  • 2. Familiar with customs clearance and declaration in Mexico and have experience in coordinating with customs brokers and logistics companies._
  • 3. Familiar with USMCA and manage USCMA risks._
  • 4. Proactive, meticulous, and strong sense of responsibility in work._
  • 5. Prior experience in finance is preferred._
