Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Tijuana

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The Warehouse Supervisor role involves overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
  • Medical Devise Manufacturing experience
  • Great supervisory skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
  • Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
  • Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Maintains files on all equipment.
  • Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
  • Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
  • Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
  • Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
  • English Advanced
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • WO management
  • Inventory control on WIP & sub assy warehouses
  • Materials experience or experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.
  • Experience managing staff (Supervisors & direct labor)
  • Continuous improvement
  • Planning process management
  • SMKT process management
  • Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
  • Experience in cycle counts
  • Shipments experience
  • Tentative Experience Baan
