Objetivos del cargo:


Como Recruiter Senior, su principal objetivo será identificar, atraer, seleccionar y contratar a los mejores candidatos para llenar vacantes existentes dentro de la organización.


Para lograr este objetivo, se requiere:



  • Conocimientos en marketing y publicidad para promover la cultura de la empresa y atraer a los mejores talentos.
  • Habilidad para analizar y evaluar las calificaciones y experiencias de los candidatos.
  • Capacidad para presentar propuestas convincentes a los gerentes y directores para aprobar la contratación de nuevos empleados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y motivación para inspirar a los equipos de trabajo.

Compensación y beneficios:



  • Salario base mensual de $20.000 MXN más una prima de $15.000 MXN por mes por satisfacer metas de reclutamiento.
