In your day-to-day role, you will:
- Being a senior backend developer for the team by working with lead developers, product team.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, automated testing, and releases.
- Able to find and fix performance, scalability, and other live issues in a timecritical environment.
- Prototype ideas quickly using cuttingedge technologies.
- Communicate effectively to peers and leadership on tasks and projects.
- Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and other crossfunctional teams to deliver compelling solutions.
What do you need to bring:
- 5+ years of experience with Python or equivalent high-level programming language.
- Advanced skills with RDBMS and NoSQL data stores, caching solutions and messaging/queuing protocols/systems such as SQS/Kafka/RabbitMQ/Pulsar.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor all levels of engineering staff, along with managing relationships with Product, Engineering Operations and nontechnical business and support teams.
- Experience in architecting and developing faulttolerant distributed services and backend systems, scaling to support millions of users with high concurrency.
- DevOps mindset and expertise with building services on public cloud
- AWS, GCP, Azure.
Language requirement:
- Proficient (B2: Upper-Intermediate) in both written and spoken English.
