Individuals in this job position perform work at the third level of analysts within this job family and tracks the resolution of all issues coordinating activities with the next tier teams.

This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Cuautitlan and will report to Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve system OS and hardware alerts.
• Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.
• Work with crossfunction teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.
• Escalates important issues to the supervisor and support teams.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization
• Minimum 2 years' experience as 2nd support level in trouble shooting/problem resolution
• Develop documentation on support tools to improve services efficiency
