Descripción del empleo

  • Review all Conference Resumes & Contracts in detail following a structured checklist prior to group arrival.
  • Responsible for ensuring daily and weekly tasks for Group are performed.
  • Keeping on top of new procedures, communicating them, reviewing tasks that may be outdated, reviewing tasks that may need more attention.

Requisitos

  • Must display strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud Property Manager System (PMS)
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Passion for hotel operations with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills required
  • Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, and Excel
  • Professional Presentation with ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Experiência previa con Opera o un sistema relacionado.
Dominio del inglés.
