Essential Job Functions:
- Assist and support QC department with activities that include the development and/or design of documentation procedures.
- Drive continuous quality improvement. Work with warranty/field's issues/process' issues, collect data, plot trends, and perform reliability assessments, and determine root cause.
- Generates, Analyzes and Presents Inspection and Testing Reports. Notifies and Requires Corrective Actions to the corresponding Functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.) on Nonconformances and the Causes that originated them and Verifies the Effectiveness of Corrective Actions.
- Lead/support corrective actions reports, and supplier correction actions reports.
- Control Plan and PFMEA knowledge
- Lean assessment (QC category), ISO Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience in ISO 9001, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management is preferred.
- Problemsolving tools, Control Plan and PFMEA knowledge.
- Organized, teamwork, results oriented and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the company in support of job functions.
- Familiar to work with Microsoft Office programs.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Multiple task management ability.
