You're a passionate UI/UX Designer. You possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a knack for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You have a strong grasp of UI/UX design principles and methodologies. In the rapidly evolving field of UI/UX design, your adaptability and creativity keep you at the forefront of innovation. You excel in utilizing various design tools and prototyping techniques to translate user needs into elegant design solutions. Your analytical mindset allows you to gather insights and iterate on designs for optimal usability and engagement.

You are a collaborative communicator. Whether working independently or as part of a cross-functional team, you excel in articulating design concepts and gathering feedback. Your communication skills foster constructive dialogue and ensure alignment with stakeholders throughout the design process.

You are a problem solver who thrives on finding creative solutions to complex design challenges. Eager to explore new trends and technologies, you continually seek to push the boundaries of design excellence and elevate the user experience.

What You'll Do

As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing the user experience of our SaaS automation platform. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive design system using Shadcn/UI and Tailwind CSS as the foundation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design efforts from the ground up and make a significant impact on our product's success.

  • Lead the design process for our SaaS platform, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive design system using Shadcn/UI and Tailwind CSS.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand and product vision.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all product features and updates.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as the team grows.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
  • Extensive experience with Shadcn/UI and Tailwind CSS.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-To-Haves
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
