Principales Roles y Responsabilidades:
- Revisión diaria de cortos, grupos de materiales, revisión de demanda con planeación.
- Asegúrese de que los níveles de inventario cubran la demanda de producción
- Preparación de reporte MRP y Forecast
- Trabajar para asegurar los requisitos de NPI a tiempo para cumplir con los próximos nuevos productos
- Revisión de Embarques para informar retrasos tanto a planeación como a Delivery Control.
- Conocer los objetivos de envejecimiento y E & O.
- Dar soporte a producción con estatus de material
- Creación de órdenes de Compra, actualización de info récord, resolver problemas con finanzas.
- Creación de reporte de materiales y recibos virtuales.
- Revisión de discrepancias de materiales, creación de RMA
- Revisión diaria de material de empaque y químicos para cubrir demanda de producción.
- Conocimientos de los indicadores de desempeño del departamento de SCM
