En la Función de Cambios Organizacionales Significativos es un profesional responsable de establecer estrategias internas, estándares, programas y prácticas, en alianza con la segunda Línea de Defensa (Gestión de Riesgo Operacional), relacionadas con la identificación, evaluación y gestión de riesgos operativos y de cumplimiento en toda la franquicia de Citibanamex.

Esta Función de Organizational Change Management está dentro de la Oficina de Gobierno y Control de Citibanamex.

Responsabilidades:

  • Contribuir al desarrollo, mantenimiento e implementación de estrategias y normas empresariales para fortalecer y mejorar el programa de Control dentro de la Institución.
  • Coordinar interacciones clave (revisiones formales, supervisiones continuas, entregables regulatorios adhoc) que se extienden a través de geografías (níveles local y Citi), negocios, productos, soporte y funciones de control.
  • Hacer un seguimiento y monitorear los impactos operativos, los compromisos regulatorios y las acciones de cumplimiento desde el inicio hasta la conclusión de un cambio organizacional, para garantizar la presentación de reportes adecuados en varios foros de Dirección para garantizar que las respuestas a las deficiencias identificadas por los negocios aborden adecuadamente la causa raíz, definan claramente las acciones correctivas y se informen adecuadamente.
  • Comunicar a todas las partes interesadas de manera oportuna y clara.
  • Facilitar, coordinar y arbitrar temas transversales de nível macro con las partes interesadas clave.
  • Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando especial consideración por la reputación de la firma y salvaguardando a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, normas y reglamentos aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Procedimiento, aplicando un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, la conducta y prácticas comerciales, y escalar, administrar y reportar problemas de control con transparencia.

Calificaciones:

Entre 6 y 10 años de experiência en áreas de Cumplimiento y Control.

Experiência en Gestión de equipos

Combinación equilibrada de habilidades analíticas, resolución de problemas y y comunicación.

Habilidades de organización avanzadas incluida la atención al detalle, múltiples tareas y seguimiento.

Experiência en uso de bases de datos y otras herramientas de rastreo para el cumplimiento de coherencia global.

Excelentes habilidades para presentaciones escritas.

Experiência en trabajo cooperativo en diversas áreas de la organización y presentación ante la gerencia senior.

Educación:

Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente; potencialmente maestría.
