El"Accelerate Development Trainee Program"es una oportunidad única para lograrlo, pues te permite tener un camino acelerado que desarrolle tu máximo potencial en un plan de 18 a 24 meses.

A lo largo de tu plan en"Accelerate Development Trainee Program"te ofreceremos una exposición profunda y una experiencia inmersiva a nuestras operaciones, procesos, productos, tecnología y proyectos, con los cuáles podrás aprender y desarrollar las habilidades necesarias para acelerar tu carrera.

Este camino es enriquecido con 3 o 4 rotaciones en funciones, departamentos o roles (a nivel nacional o internacional), capacitación continua, y un acompañamiento de mentoría durante toda tu estancia.


¿Cómo contribuirás con el equipo?
Responsable del Presupuesto de una localidad Bosch del departamento de BMG AM (Bosch Manufacturing Solutions Americas).

Elaboración y control de actividades y procedimientos derivados de la operación de BMG necesarios para la continuidad del control financiero, y la obtención de información veraz y efectiva.

Excel Avanzado, SAP intermedio/avanzado, excelente conocimiento de la paquetería de Microsoft (TEAMS, Outlook, Nube, One Note, One Drive, Share Points)

Soft skills:
resiliencia, automotivación, determinación, orientación a resultados, aprendizaje rápido, comunicación, organizado, pensamiento analítico, trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.

Licenciatura en Administración o finanzas3 a 5 años de experiencia comprobable (enfoque en costos y presupuestos)Información adicionalBosch amplía constantemente su presencia internacional, ya que para nosotros la diversidad cultural representa una de nuestras mayores fuerzas.
