¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Responsable de la recepción, cotización y venta de los requerimientos de nuevos clientes, asegurando los procedimientos correctos de atención.
  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes de la compañía.
  • Manejar las Importación / Exportación (MX-USA, USA-MX, CA-MX, MX-CA), operaciones crossdock, incluidos los requisitos de documentación.
  • Brindar atención personalizada a las cuentas asignadas a fin de mejorar el servicio brindado reduciendo el índice de quejas y las incidencias operativas.
  • Supervisar embarques nacionales e internacionales de las cuentas asignadas en cumplimiento con todos los procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Utilizar los sistemas de información de la compañía para dar atención oportuna a los requerimientos del cliente.
  • Participar en la investigación de fallas en los procesos operativos para desarrollar procedimientos de mejora.
  • Investigación y desarrollo constante de cuentas asignadas, incluidos las conferencias y viajes para reuniones y/o actividades de soporte.
  • Diseñar e implementar políticas en el área de Atención al Cliente.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

  • Estudios: Licenciatura en Cadena de Suministro, Transporte, Comercio Internacional, Negocios o Administración.
  • Ingles 80% conversacional y escrito avanzado (Requerido* se hará prueba de conocimientos).
  • Experiência: mínima de tres años de experiência en el área de logística como agente de servicio al cliente o similar.
  • Uso proficiente de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel y PowerPoint).
  • Manejo de sistemas de logística (deseable)
  • Cubicaje, conocimiento de rutas y modalidades de transporte terrestres y aéreas nacionales e internacionales
  • Experiência trabajando con OEM's (plus)
