Provee soporte continuo a las aplicaciones y sistemas de manufactura, realiza analisis de causa raiz, resuelve problemas de mediana complejidad y liderea la solucion a los problemas, da soporte a la instalacion y el mantenimiento de los sistemas locales, comunica la eficiencia de los procesos, facilita la comunicación y trabajo entre equipos de soporte globales orientados a GMS Global manufacturing system.


  • Dirije y participa en proyectos de implementacion de sistemas de manufactura definiendo requerimientos, analisis de impacto y un plan de accion
  • Mantener soluciones de software relacionados con manufactura y las interfaces para comunicarse con ERP ( Oracle).Crea y mantiene la documentación para las aplicaciones de manufactura de software.
  • Se comunica efectivamente con proveedores de sistemas, software y hardware, asi como con los stakeholders de los proyectos a su cargo.
  • Colabora con contratistas para asegurar la entrega a tiempo de software y servicios cumpliendo con las espectativas de calidad y tiempo de entrega.
  • Se involucra con todos los proyectos relacionados a la transformación digital. Automatizacion de sistemas de manufactura.
