POSITION OBJECTIVE
Administrate different human resources processes and department administration in order to ensure operation continuity, budget and process compliance.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage department budget and expenses.

Administer payments, invoices, purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the department.

Manage Expat assignments in Queretaro (Migration and relocation).

Manage Expat assignments outside Queretaro.

Administer T&A devices and cards for new and current employees.

Manage Hourly and Salary personnel files creation, storage, update, etc.

Run the Salary employees T&A process for payroll authorization for the department.

Review and compile area KPI's.

Support the HR Director and HR department to book flights and accommodation for business travels.

Elaborate expense reports of HR Director expenses and Diners card.

Manage HR department activities such as monthly meetings, training, headcount KPI's, etc.

Support HR Director and HRBP's in department activities

Administer the Salary employees contract renewal process

Capture Life Saving Rules reports on the global record

Capture and administer HR Department Idoo's and make monthly KPI.

Follow BRP values and behaviors

Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.

Enforce Quality BRP policy

Achieve 100% of successful migration processes for Expats.

Meet the requirements for INM processes and audits.

Achieve accuracy for HR forecast (expenses on budget).

Ensure cards for new and current employees are functional to avoid T&A issues.

Ensure salary contract renewals are done on time.

Feedback from internal customers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Intermediate to advanced Excel

Microsoft and Google suite

Basic SAP

Intermediate to advanced TM1 (desirable)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field

Experience:

Min. 1 year in Administrative position in Human Resources or other.

Language:

Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min: 80%).

Knowledge of French and German is an advantage
